We meet *8 Sundays (2/25-4/14) from 6:30-8pm PST Staci will be facilitating an introduction to Shakti Tantra meditation, breath, and mantra practice. This experience is all about feeling into the present moment and connecting with your unique innate divine "Goddess" feminine power. Through conscious sharing, movement, breathwork, and meditation, you will be guided to awaken your Shakti energy in a supportive group of like-minded women.
