Are you ready to cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace? Would you like to get out of your heard and into your heart in the present moment? This 21 week day meditation training will be held daily @8am PST/10am CST, & 11am EST (4/21-5/5) The focus is on you FEELING the LOVE within you, and magnetizing with your Quantum energy! We will be practicing meditation, conscious relating, and Receptivity in a supportive group. Our 7 week "Manifest the One Training" starts4/21/2023 Each week our high vibe Tribe of women will focus on key weekly topics based on FEELING into our energy "Wisdom Centers" or chakras. Together as empowered collaborators we will: Module 1: Develop Grounded Presence: Get you out of your head and into your grateful heart. Connect with, and FEEL into your root chakra "home frequency" in every cell of your body. Commit to a daily Self Care practice, your collaborators, and your highest Self. Module 2: Release "our old stories", create an expansive new one. Sacral chakra-Free your Life force/sexual energy from emotional love blocks, trauma into more pleasure and passion. Module 3: Access and stand in your POWER. Solar plexus chakra. Direct your personal will POWER and take action towards your heart's desires. Explore receptivity as power. BE IT Module 4: Open your heart chakra attract Sacred Relationships & immense LOVE. Vision and cultivate heart coherence by taking LOVING actions toward yourself and others. Gain clarity on your unique purpose, passions, and your vision of a romantic partnership. See with your heart. Module 5: Throat Chakra Compassionate Communication: Say NO to what you don't want so you can say YES to what you do want. Module 6: 3rd Eye Clarify your Vision and committ to being your own best partner. Nurture and Manifest "the one" by preparing your body, heart, and home for the current reality of your spiritual partnership. Module 7: Crown Chakra, experience the Universe as your Creative partner. Declare, clarify, and amplify your Magnetic "Manifesting the One" plan with the tribe. Show up as the "One".
