Would you like to get out of your head and into FEELING the present moment? "Awakening Shakti" in an experience FEELING into your innate Divine Feminine Power! In each session will practice conscious sharing, movement, breath, and meditation in a supportive group of awakening women . Our 8 week "Manifest the One Training" is held for 8 Thurdays (9/28-11-/16) The experience of TRANSFORMATION: *step into FEELING instead of THINKING/develop presence *discover your unique divine energy with easy yoga practices * experience the power of group support and intentions * Discover the power of Shakti Goddess Archetypes to activate healing * BECOME more of your authentic Limitless Self Module 1: ACTIVATE Overview of "Shakti Energy". Learn how meditation, breath, empowered support you in creating inner peace & raising your consciousness. Commit to a daily Self Care practice, your collaborators, and your highest Self. Module 2: Develop Grounded PRESENCE WITH THE MOTHER: Get you out of your head and into your grateful heart and "home frequency" your body. Module 3: CREATRIX: Release the old story, and CREATE an expansive new one. Sacral chakra-Free your Life force/sexual energy from emotional blocks, trauma into more pleasure and passion. Module 4: Access your true POWER with the QUEEN. Solar plexus chakra. Direct your life energy, magnify and intend your heart's desires. Explore receptivity as power. BE IT Module 5: LOVER: UNCONDITIONAL SELF LOVE Practice dropping the mind and opening your heart. Begin to see with your heart, on a deeper level. Module 6: EMPOWERED EXPRESSION with the WARRIOR Throat Chakra Compassionate Communication: Say NO to what you don't want so you can say YES to what you do want. Module 7: MYSTIC ACTIVATE YOUR SUPERPOWERS 3rd Eye Clarify your Vision and committ to being your own best partner. Engage your emotions, nurture your mind, body and spirit to magnetize higher level relationships. Module 8: UNION Crown Chakra, experience the Universe as your Creative partner.
